It's not a major issue for us though as there are enough other storage options to compensate for it. For instance, you can you can add a console with cup holders or an accessory tray to the frame to get more storage.

The UPPAbaby VISTA is a great stroller for any terrain. Its design can be adjusted as your family expands. It can accommodate two MESA infant car seats and it's compatible with a PiggyBack board so you can take three kids for an outing (if you're willing to).
The wheels of the Vista are bigger than the ones of its predecessors and can take on any kind of sidewalk. The wheels are also softer to reduce the impact of uneven terrain. The seat itself is deeper than before, creating more space for your child, and the padded footrest can extend to accommodate growing toddlers. The canopy is huge and has a massive mesh peek-a-boo window that doubles as a ventilation.
You can customize the VISTA by adding a variety of accessories, such as the Cozy Ganoosh Footmuff, Snack Tray, and a PiggyBack Board. It also comes with a large storage basket, which is among the largest on the market, and a five-point harness that does not require you to rethread it to adjust it for different children.

There are some drawbacks, including the fact that it doesn't include a handbrake. Also, that the one-step connected parking brake requires some effort to engage and deengage and isn't flip-flop comfortable.
